attentive staff stocked minibar
i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff at reception. they promptly took my luggage before check-in. the room included a coffee maker and a well-stocked minibar, proving useful.

luxe room espa products coffee station
the room was luxe, so luxe! the bathroom had espa products. the coffee station was a total bonus, and the shower was, like, the best ever. the whole place was fine and the staff was super courteous, obviously.

extra things room infinity pool steam room wedding prior music blasting overnight staff
the room included extra things. i thought it exceeded my expectations. the facilities was pretty good. the infinity pool and the steam room was loved by me.
i didnt know about any wedding before i booked. i booked specifically for a good nights sleep away from young children. the music blasted until 1am and there was no earplugs available from reception.

the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay i really appreciated the infinity pool the water was so clear. the room was super clean there were fresh towels daily

the staff were so friendly and helpful the location was also very convenient it was easy to get around the room was perfect the bathroom was lovely too
the walls were not very soundproof i could hear noise from the corridor the rooftop bar was closed i wasn't told about this beforehand the main bar was also closed i found this disappointing
